A photographer with a deep-rooted love for capturing emotion & beauty
I received my Master’s in Commercial Photography from Savannah College of Art & Design, and my Bachelor’s in Fine Art Photography from Hollins University. With over 200 weddings in my 14 years in the industry, I’ve captured photographs at all types of venues — churches, historic buildings, industrial art galleries, homes, backyards, hotel ballrooms, beaches, and tents.
Incorporating southern charm and urban sophistication in timeless and telling images is what I do best! My fun, playful, laid back personality helps you relax and simply enjoy your day.

It offers so many elements that digital photography simply cannot replicate. The grain of film allows for a beautiful softness and timeless look that really lends itself to weddings, making everything naturally beautiful and romantic.
After your wedding, I send the 20-70 rolls captured during your day to my favorite lab, where they develop and scan frame by frame. You get high-resolution digital files that you can print, post, and cherish for generations.

Since moving to Chicago last year, I have fallen in love with all there is to see and all of the beautiful locations there are to photograph. Likewise, my heart is always with Washington DC, and I travel back nearly every weekend to continue photographing events in the venues that I love!
So, whether your wedding takes place in Chicago, DC, somewhere warm and tropical, or any other destination, I’m happy to hop on a plane and capture your memories.
